1. Giveaway Summary

CGS Giveaway #2 is hosted by The Common Good Society. Entries are accepted through the free entry form on this website, and eligible merchandise purchases earn additional entries at a rate of three (3) entries for every one dollar ($1) spent.

Entry period: CGS Giveaway #2 opened on August 13, 2026 and closes on September 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, or when The Common Good Society reaches 1,500 Facebook followers, whichever happens first. Only entries received during that entry period are eligible.

After entries close, all entries are collected and verified. There is no fixed winner announcement time; the announcement timing will be posted publicly after verification is complete.

2. How to Enter

To receive one (1) free entry into CGS Giveaway #2, an eligible participant must complete the free entry form on this website and then send the prepared entry to thecommongoodsocietyentries@gmail.com. Completing the form alone does not submit the entry. Purchase entries are earned automatically at three (3) entries for every whole one dollar ($1) of eligible merchandise, before shipping and taxes.

• Complete every required field on the free entry form on this website.
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Official Rules.
• Submit the form, then send the prepared entry email to thecommongoodsocietyentries@gmail.com. Your free entry is not received until that email is sent.
• One free entry submission per eligible person unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is available to every eligible entrant. Purchase entries are optional and are calculated at three (3) entries per whole one dollar ($1) of eligible merchandise.

3. No Purchase or Payment Required

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A FREE METHOD OF ENTRY IS AVAILABLE TO EVERY ELIGIBLE ENTRANT.

Entrants are not required to purchase merchandise or make a donation. A free method of entry is available to every eligible entrant, and no payment is ever required to enter, win, or claim a prize. Eligible merchandise purchases earn additional entries as described in Section 2. Entrants must always follow the Official Rules for the specific giveaway they are entering.

4. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, owners, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of The Common Good Society are not eligible.

• District of Columbia
• Puerto Rico
• All other United States territories and possessions
• Any location outside the United States

5. Definition of Immediate Family

For the purpose of these rules, immediate family means:

• Spouse
• Parents
• Stepparents
• Children
• Stepchildren
• Siblings
• Stepsiblings
• Grandparents
• Grandchildren
• People living in the same household, whether related or not

6. Entry Limit

Each eligible person may receive one (1) free entry by completing the free entry form and sending the prepared entry email. Additional entries may be earned only through eligible merchandise purchases as described in Section 2.

Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, bots, automated entries, fraudulent entries, and any attempt to manipulate the giveaway may result in disqualification.

7. Prize Details

One verified winner will receive One (1) $250 Mastercard Gift Card with an approximate retail value of $250.00 USD.

The prize is not transferable or assignable. No cash substitution will be provided, except that The Common Good Society may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner will never be required to pay a fee to claim the prize.

8. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the giveaway closes — either September 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time or when The Common Good Society reaches 1,500 Facebook followers, whichever happens first.

Winner announcement: After entries close, all entries are collected and verified. The winner announcement timing is posted publicly once verification is complete.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner may be contacted through Facebook and may also be announced publicly on The Common Good Society Facebook page. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt.

A potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner randomly selected if the potential winner:

• Does not respond within 48 hours
• Cannot be contacted
• Is found to be ineligible
• Does not follow the Official Rules
• Refuses the prize

The Common Good Society will never request payment, banking information, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or a fee from a winner.

10. Prize Delivery

Local winners may receive the prize through an arranged in-person delivery. Non-local winners within the 48 contiguous United States may receive the prize by trackable shipping at no cost to the winner.

The winner may be required to provide a valid mailing address and reasonable proof of age, identity, and eligibility before the prize is delivered.

11. Publicity and Privacy

A winner's photo, video, testimonial, or full identity will only be shared publicly with appropriate permission, except where disclosure is required by law. Where appropriate, a winner may be announced using a first name, last initial, city, and state.

Agreeing to public photos or videos is not a condition of eligibility unless reviewed and permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected for this giveaway is used only to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants when consent is provided, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Meta, or any other social media platform or prize brand.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to The Common Good Society and not to Facebook, Meta, or another social media platform.

Participants release Facebook, Meta, and all other referenced platforms or brands from claims arising from the administration of this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

13. General Conditions

The Common Good Society reserves the right to disqualify anyone who:

• Provides false information
• Uses duplicate or fake accounts
• Uses bots or automated entry systems
• Interferes with the giveaway
• Harasses participants or staff
• Attempts to manipulate the drawing
• Violates the Official Rules
• Acts fraudulently or disruptively

The Common Good Society may cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized interference, platform outages, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating fairly as intended. Any change will be communicated publicly and all eligible entries will be handled in a fair and reasonable manner.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Common Good Society is not responsible for:

• Late entries
• Incomplete entries
• Lost entries
• Deleted comments
• Platform outages
• Internet failures
• Technical malfunctions
• Unauthorized account access
• Shipping delays outside its control
• Incorrect contact information supplied by an entrant

Nothing in these rules removes any right or protection that cannot legally be waived.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require the use of another jurisdiction's laws.

Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

16. Severability

If any portion of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

17. Winner Information

The confirmed winner for CGS Giveaway #2 will be listed here, with appropriate privacy protection, once entries have been verified and the prize has been claimed.
